Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to our software platform within 1 business day. Account credentials and onboarding
instructions will be sent to the email address provided during signup.

Our service includes:

- Access to a customized CRM platform
- Lead capture and automation tools
- Appointment scheduling
- Email, SMS, and voicemail automation
- Ongoing support and account management

2. Subscription Terms

Our software is provided as a monthly subscription service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Customers can manage or cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team or using the customer portal.

3. Support & Onboarding

We offer onboarding assistance via email, Zoom, or phone. Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM MST. All inquiries are typically addressed within 1 business day.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital services and account provisioning, we do not offer refunds once access to the software has been granted. However, customers may cancel future renewals at any time.
